We Stand Behind What We Build

The workmanship warranty covers how the job was built: posts set to proper depth, panels hung square and level, gates aligned and latching, hardware fastened correctly. If any of that fails within the first year under normal use, we return and correct it at no cost. Manufacturer defects in the material itself are covered separately by the material warranty, and we will help you make that claim.

It does not cover damage from outside forces. A vehicle backing into a gate, a tree coming down across a run, vandalism, or a homeowner modifying the structure are all outside the warranty. Neither is normal weathering on wood, which greys and moves seasonally by design, or settling that falls inside acceptable tolerance. We will tell you honestly which category your issue falls into rather than stretching the definition in either direction.

Please note that we do not take on general repair work for fences installed by other contractors. Our crew is booked on installations, and stepping into someone else's build usually means inheriting problems we cannot see from the surface. If you have a fence that needs work and we did not build it, we would rather quote you honestly on replacing the failing sections than patch a structure we cannot stand behind.
